RAW vs. JPEG

The difference between a JPEG and raw photo is simple; JPEG is when it is a finished photo—raw photo is when you can still edit the product. JPEGs have no room to edit. They are a done photo. Raw photos on the other hand, you can edit all you want. There is no stopping you. Unless the photo gets corrupted.

The pros and cons a of a JPEG and raw are also simple. A JPEG’s pros is that you can look at the photo with relative ease. But, a con is that, you can’t edit. Now, a raw photo you can edit—pro right there. Con, you might mess something up. Be careful.
